Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Products damaged due to misuse, drops, water damage, power issues, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.

Projectors with lamp hours recorded
Software-activated items
Clearance or discounted items
Products with missing accessories or broken seals
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you.
Refunds are issued within 3–7 working days via your original payment method.
If the item is not eligible for refund, it will be returned back to you.
We offer exchanges for manufacturer defects only.
Physical damage, burn marks, board damage, and liquid damage are not covered.
Warranty coverage depends on the product.
All warranty claims require the original invoice.
