Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, drops, water damage, power issues, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Pocket routers, SIM-related devices after activation

  • Projectors with lamp hours recorded

  • Software-activated items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products with missing accessories or broken seals

Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you.

  • Refunds are issued within 3–7 working days via your original payment method.

  • If the item is not eligible for refund, it will be returned back to you.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for manufacturer defects only.

  • Physical damage, burn marks, board damage, and liquid damage are not covered.

Warranty

  • Warranty coverage depends on the product.

  • All warranty claims require the original invoice.
